PRO BIKE TOOL AMBASSADOR UNITED KINGDOM
Cycling is in my blood. I have always been competitive, you have to be in order to race and win. It also helps having grown up with two younger brothers who race bikes as well. Sibling rivalry pushes you to perform further.
In 2019 I step up to the World Tour, riding with Team Katusha Alpecin. As a neopro, you want to settle into the team quickly, learn as much as you can and perform to the best of your ability. We have two training camps, one in December 2018 and one in early 2019.
In between time, I will be racing the UCI Track Cycling World Cup or training in Spain preparing for the coming season.
I am looking forward to getting a proper race calendar and experiencing different races. The 2019 race programme from Katusha will help me to develop further. Riding the Paris-Roubaix is an ambition, although it is likely I will start in the Spring with shorter cobbled races like the Nokere Koerse and Le Samyn.
Time Trials will also be a target when I get the opportunity. Above all else I am looking forward to getting stuck in and racing as hard as can.
