    What is the maximum size and weight of bike that can be held?
    Maximum weight load: 22kg / 48.5 lbs. Maximum handlebar width: 31 inches / 78 cm Not compatible with long wheelbases or fat bikes

    How do you adjust and secure the hangar arms and main beam?
    The hangar arms are on a ratchet mechanism, that is secured and released with a button lock system. The main beam can be extended from adjusted from 8.7 to 12.6 inches (22.1 to 32cm) by using a secure push button mechanism.

    No – the arm cradles are made with soft TPR material that prevents scratches

    ONLY install bike wall hanger on a solid stud, beam, masonry or concrete wall. DO NOT install on ‘unsupported’ wall surfaces e.g. plasterboard wall unless there is a strong wooden stud behind it.
